Our story begins in the Yucatan region of Mexico, Central and South America where traditional Mayan fare, street vendors and recipes imported from Spain form the culinary diversity that inspires our Food & Beverage program. This unique region is known for layered flavors that culminate in a well-balanced bite. With a genuine love for what we do, our made-from-scratch kitchen utilizes fresh ingredients to emulate that balance in everything that we prepare.
Our story continues with Tequila, a distilled beverage distinct to the Mexican state Jalisco, made from the sugars of the blue agave plant. There are two types of this fabled beverage: 100% agave, and Mixto (containing up to 49% of other sugars). 100% agave Tequila is then divided into 4 classes based on an aging process: Silver (or Blanco), Reposado, Anejo, and Extra Anejo.
As tequila lovers, we have nearly one hundred different premium 100% agave tequilas at our disposal to use as a base for our award-winning, fresh margaritas, and premium Artisan cocktails that we have designed to accentuate the subtle nuances of each class.
